Mrinal Deshraj Instagram – COUNTING MY BLESSINGS ♥️ : 2023 has been a mixed year. I’ve had setbacks to my health where I couldn’t workout hard for almost half the year and that includes cardio. So I’m up a few kilos and very intent of dropping this excess weight. At the same time; I am blessed that everything in my life has improved, I am grateful for a wonderful 2023 especially because of my amazing husband and my goal for 2024 is to get my health in order. As I near pre-menopause; I need to weather hormonal changes and the safety net of my female hormones will be slipping away. My goal for 2024 is to quit a few bad habits and to adopt many new good behaviors. 2024 is going to be all about health.
