Building communities that can hold one another accountable, to educate, grow and evolve together is a much kinder way to live. It doesn’t take a great degree of intelligence to attack and dismiss a person and potentially destroy their entire life and their family.
Having a supportive conversation and dialogue takes more effort but that’s what builds fearless and thriving communities.
There are times where healthy communities must hold certain healthy boundaries and band together to create change by calling behaviors out, but spewing vitriol over social media at a person from the safety of your IPhone takes little courage nor accurate recounting and yet that nonsense can destroy lives and careers.
