GIBANICA (Serbian cheese pie) for beginners!
Ingredients:
1 pack of filo dough
4 eggs
1 tbl spoon of salt
12oz of crumbled Feta
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of olive oil
pinch of sesame seeds
Coat the baking tray with a little oil then take 2 filo dough sheets and carefully coat the tray. Cut the rest of the filo dough into small pieces.
Mix in a bowl 3 eggs and all the other ingredients minus the sesame seeds. Add the cut filo dough and mix well. Add the mix to the coated baking tray, spread it evenly and carefully close it with the filo dough edges from the bottom. Use the last egg to coat the pie and sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
Bake for 35 minutes at 425 degrees. Prijatno!
Sastojci:
1 kore
�3 jaja 1 za premazivanje
�10g soli
�500g sira (ja sam uzela mrvljenu fetu)
�400ml jogurta
�50ml maslinovog ulja
��Priprema:
Dve kore odvojite za dno pleha. Ostatak kora iscepkate/
isecete na kockice. Umutite 3 jaja, dodate so, ulje, jogurt i sir i sve sjedinite. Dodate iscepkane kore u smesu i dobro pomešate. Pleh namazete sa dve kasike ulja i stavite dve kore jednu preko druge, a onda na te dve kore sipate celu smesu. Sve to “zatvorite” sa donjim korama, premazete jajetom i pospete susamom ukoliko ga volite.
Pecete 35 min na 220 stepeni.
