Paola Velez Instagram – Someone let me borrow 300sqft and a soft serve machine 😂
Throwback to summer of 2019 when I found an old soft serve machine and cleaned it up, fixed the gears and macgyvered it for service 🫡
I had to baby the soft serve machine, and adjust the base constantly cause that machine was TIRED. lol I left with a deeper understanding of McDonald’s soft serve machines and why they never work 😂😂😂😂 #softserve #icecream #chefstories #chefcreations #summerdesserts #washingtondc #cheflife #mindofachef | Posted on 29/May/2024 20:45:07
