Rachel Hunter Instagram – Discernment- for me this word I have pondered sat with and has been key to observe with no judgement. This for me, is so important on the spiritual journey and in life, to separate judgement and observing behavior, to make a decision where there no longer is a trigger ,but knowledge,wisdom for one’s own growth . This always gets me. Our ego ,senses something,a trigger, a behavior , we can go into judgement or sit with discernment so we are giving it the space to process, we are not judging others . ( even though we will and a dash of this is only human and normal as we aren’t saints … yet 🙂
But this negates this idea to gloss over or to talk around it ,or send the so called be in “love and light “.
But how can I be in love and light when there is this underlining trigger , we know there is a need to process something instead . We just don’t want to build in the karma so we remain inward with discernment then decide. This is a process I use . This can take time months days,years . But the power of the trigger lessens and the release of the tighten of the control weakens and then the softening melt into the heart happens or isn’t backed with trigger. 🧡🌺🧡

** Discernment first arose for me soon after my mother had passed . She had created an amazing tarot card deck and the one card that kept falling out was the “discernment “ card . So I spent time with this word as the word felt different to me when spoken . Almost a harshness. Also words are our intellect so to understand them as we speak and feel into them, as they are the power of the word. Divinity on the tip of our to tongues. Discernment is an amazing word for clarity and moving into a situation that seems unknown or raises an inquiry. It’s all awareness and state of our consciousness . Fluctuating 🌸🧡🌸
