It starts in each one of us, women.

I feel pretty similar.
Yes, I bring to consciousness the food I ingest, I quit drinking, I do all kinds of non invasive treatments to my face and body.
I tried Botox, i didnt recognise my face for weeks.
I tried filters, I started to hate my face when I looked myself in the mirror.
I tried daily make up, I started to not be able to leave the house without it.
I quit all that.
Now I discovered vitamins and supplements and I’m excited about it.
But more than anything, I relax to release unbalanced fear and anxiety, I open myself to receive what I desire, I admit my desires first and foremost!
Last but certainly not the least, I enjoy life, I celebrate what I achieve, I appreciate what I receive and I play play play!
