Rahvaunia Instagram – • JOURNEY TRANSPARENCY • For the first time I felt like I was pushing through my show this past Thursday. Like really PUSHING. Felt like I was wearing 50lb boots, with dry mouth, and a hazy head. It felt like WORK when it usually feels like so much FUN. Making a choice to take a non drowsy allergy med… was clearly a bad choice. I am a perfectionist. Even though perfection doesn’t exist. (Always working on this) I hold myself to a very high standard. If you KNOW me, you know this to be true. No person is a harder critic of me, than ME. Sad but true. (Again, working on this) However, I am grateful for the self work I’ve done and when I take that step back, I take a breather and get out of my head. Reminding myself to show myself the same GRACE that I extend to others. Remembering that sh*t happens. As long as you do your best with the situation at hand. Like Mary in @thisisveryimportant.show says, “Play the hand that you’ve been dealt. You’ll get another one!”
Fringe can be busy busy, if you find yourself falling short of your own standards… GIVE YOURSELF GRACE. You are deserving of that! ✨💛🎭🙏🏽😌
