Rhona Mitra Instagram – Through The Wardrobe to The Other side- 🚀 In response to the messages Ive received and in honour of the horses who have saved me and my late mother’s birthday (June 1) I decided to create a page for them and her and those reaching out asking for help. Its just a trial, but its something Ive been offering to friends during dark times and it feels like there are so many out there who are looking for a hand to help guide them through what can seem an impossible and very lonely mire. Because most if not all therapists can not help you with what they have not endured or been through themselves. As one alcoholic helps another alcoholic one surviver holds out a hand to another… 🍄‍🟫From now for a limited window, I’ll be offering ‘one on one’ phone consultations for individuals looking to alchemize pain and suffering into agency and purpose. 🍄‍🟫Employing a spectrum of tools by first identifying our addiction to a life that no longer serves our highest potential. 🍄‍🟫Looking at childhood trauma and systemic betrayal, narcissistic abuse and releasing ourselves from the imprints genetic and otherwise that have been imposed upon us all from Utero and beyond. 🍄‍🟫By means of addressing our daily habits and all we ingest physically and emotionally. And by detoxing from the malignant systems, people and environments that deter and prevent us from evolving. 🍄‍🟫By connecting with a higher power through animals and nature on a journey back home to a place of courage, serenity and wholeness. I was too young and powerless to help my mum, so this is my small grain of sand to try and ensure as few as possible endure the same fate.
