A girls #menstrualhealth plays a crucial role in determining her overall physical and mental health in most cases . It’s always important to know the difference between a healthy #menstrualcycle and an abnormal one , the warning signs the body gives to u . Many of who know me knows that I visit this NGO ,Manasika Vikas Kendra regularly to do health checkups to those mentally underdeveloped children . This year I thought it’s high time that I should take a step to make this children and their parents know about the menstrual health hygiene and alarming signs ,when to approach a doctor . The problems they are facing are completely different and as a doctor I felt it’s challenging to tailor what I teach them according to their specific needs, which will be accessible and comprehensible which might not be the case with general menstrual education programs. This is an area where i have never worked in or studied much about. Since it’s a village area not everyone uses and can afford to use the sanitary pads. Providing better access to sanitary products and doing my part for improving their menstrual health management. KNOWING ABOUT SMALL BASIC THINGS TODAY, MAKING SMALL CHANGES MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN LIFE ..!!!
