Opening up and being vulnerable takes a lot of courage and isn’t always easy. I have always promised myself that no matter how triggering, I would use my platform to raise awareness of issues that matter and try and use my experiences to fight for change.
It was such an honour to be on today with the wonderful @dermotoleary and @alisonhammond55. Thank you both for allowing me the space to speak about this important topic.
