Breathe, relax, and invite the essence of expanding your capacity, to be more productive, because you are getting deep rest and taking incredible care of yourself.
Now is not the moment to neglect self care in order to do it all right now. Instead, give yourself loving timelines. Acknowledge the various goals and desires on the horizon and map it out in a way that allows for spaciousness.
