I know the power of the North and our urgent need to protect its first people, the land and its largest occupant; polar bears.
Inspired by a trip to Churchill, Manitoba – known as the polar bear capital of the world. It is there that Haider became inspired and motivated to join the cause.
Haider’s inaugural launch is a testament to the belief that every human has an inherent responsibility to protect our planet and an ability to make meaningful impact.
This limited-edition sweatshirt, called the PBI Hoodie is named in support of long-standing Canada Goose partner, Polar Bears International (PBI), who is at the forefront of efforts to study, understand and protect polar bears and their declining habitat.
100% of proceeds from the sale of the sweatshirt will go to PBI to fund vital research, implement innovative conservation strategies, and educate communities about the importance of protecting the Arctic.
Since 2007, Canada Goose has raised funds for PBI and their ground-breaking
research, conservation efforts and outreach around the world.
As a goose person I am proud of this work and proud to stand behind it.
