Sarayu Blue Instagram – Last night we had the honor of celebrating @thumbelulu at the Inaugural #GothamTVAwards. Lulu received the Spotlight Tribute Award and anyone who’s seen her work, knows why. It’s undeniable to see how much love she puts into every frame. And it’s also clear how much care she put into building a world led primarily by women, and the API Community- both in front of and behind the camera. I know the gift that a director with that kind of passion, and intentional approach to filmmaking is, and thankfully I know it firsthand.
As always, I owe an enormous debt of gratitude to truly one of the most magnificent, kind, brilliant glam squads a person could ask for. They elevate me literally and figuratively, and I remain eternally in awe of their talents. 🖤✨
