The food was absolutely incredible – the oxtail soup was rich and flavorful, the Iga Andaliman had the perfect amount of spice, the Espetada Rica Rica was sizzling and juicy, and the lamb shank just fell off the bone But seriously, let’s talk about that Basque burnt cheesecake for a sec – it was out-of-this-world good!
