Ingredients recipe below so you can give this hot and sweet mac & cheese a try. Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups rotini, uncooked

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

2 Tbsp. Nashville hot seasoning, divided

2 tsp. oil

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. flour

2 cups milk

1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Signature Cheddar Blend Shredded Cheese, divided

1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed

2 Tbsp. honey

Directions: Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed, omitting salt. Season chicken with 1 Tbsp. hot seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken. Cook stir chicken on medium heat 8-10 min. or until done. Remove from heat reserve. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add garlic; cook 30 sec. Add flour; cook stir 2 min. or until hot and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer on low heat 3-5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Stir in chicken 2 tsp. hot seasoning. Drain pasta. Add to cheese sauce; mix well. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Combine corn flakes, remaining cheese remaining hot seasoning together in a small bowl; sprinkle over casserole; cover. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through, removing foil after 10 min. Drizzle with honey before serving. | Posted on 04/Jun/2024 00:14:03
