Shirley Ballas Instagram – Thinking back to August 2023 when I took on my three challenges for @calmzone and raised over £50,000. ❤️ … this has to be one of the toughest weeks… a zip line, wing walk and skydive in memory of my brother David and all your lost loved ones. I had never been so scared being strapped onto the line, sitting in the seat onto of the plane and feeling that push out of the plane door. However, hearing and reading your stories of how the charity has supported you has only spured me on to help even more. So, what three challenges shall I take on in 2024?
