Sija Rose Instagram – ‼️24 HOURS TO GO‼️ The Resistance March is a citizen-led gathering on World Human Rights Day to bring more attention to the ongoing genocide in Gza and invite more people into the movement to stand in solidarity with the people of Pal and their valiant resistance. The March will be flagged off sharp at 3pm from Gandhi statue at Rajendra Maidan.The rally will proceed to Marinedrive Helipad with speeches and performances hosted there from 5-7pm. PLEASE NOTE: 🍉We only allow Pal flags to focus our solidarity on the community most impacted and focused on in this very moment. 🍉Discriminatory language or behaviour exhibited on placards or towards anybody based on their gender, sexuality, religion, caste, or others will not be tolerated. 🍉Incase of any emergency or concern or support needed, please look out for those with tags that say “VOLUNTEER – THE RESISTANCE MARCH” 🍉If you’re flying into Kochi by yourself and/or are coming to a March for the first time and/or feel unsafe due to your identity or anxious in general because of which you would appreciate to be tagged with a buddy, DM us with “BUDDY” and we’ll organise one for you on site. 🍉Preferably wear black to amplify the call for ceasefire. 🍉Kindly carry caps if you’re sensitive to the sun. 🍉Bring your placards and kuffiyehs and flags. Everything that screams Pal are welcome, including yourself! 🍉Please carry water in bottles with you. We will have additional water supplies on site. 🍉Washrooms are accessible at the venue. 🍉We have medics and police on site to help navigate any emergencies. 🍉Please respect and cooperate with our crowd-control volunteers.
