You’d never know but on this trip to Bhutan my birthday month I was ascending , transcending and healing from some of the greatest traumas ..I’ve had to endure .
I entered many spaces with a heavy heart and for no reasons had tears rolling and flowing like a river🧜🏻♀️ with the intentions set so strong to release …let go old and everything that had served its purpose in my life …people ,places ,memories , patterns ,programs .
I did that and with a lot of grace and a smile on my face .
Destiny and mountains have a calling they say and this was a loud one for my soul .
I needed to leave the world I called home and shift my frequency 🌱purify my consciousness and heal my heart and soul , Rewire my mind from the mundane lifestyle and loose the sense of time , date and who and what I was and did for a living .
It was refreshing and liberating . I found myself all over again and there is nothing more I enjoy in life than recreating and building myself with my true essence intact .I came back healed , transformed and highly evolved as we say in our spirit world .
It was a true rebirth and what a gift from the cosmos my guru and Buddha himself .
