Stephanie Bendixsen Instagram – Look – a rough start to 2023, to be frank. From the moment this year began, it felt a bit like fighting against the current. So I think I let any ideas and goals and intentions I had get dragged away with it.
But of course, I also have to be accountable for myself(urgh). I find I get so focused on things happening a certain way that it prevents me from making anything happen at all. I am obsessive about things that are unimportant and don’t give time to the things that really matter. I spend so much time thinking and planning that I don’t really ever get around to doing.
Anyway, I won’t pretend to have any grand solutions – but I know I would like to put more energy into things that are meaningful, while managing my brain better. I’d like to cement routines and systems to overcome …I’m trying not to say my “weaknesses” but it’s pretty hard to reframe that stuff when it negatively impacts life in so many ways. “Challenges” I guess.
Right now I feel like a poor facsimile of myself. Does that make sense? There is a mirror version of me that is doing everything WAY better.
