Here it is! My Leg/Butt Workout!

Things to note:

Every time you do this workout you go up in weight in increments of 5 lbs.

Example: 3×15@75 – means 3 sets of that exercise, 15 reps using 75 lbs
(the next time you will do 80lbs)

Warm Up
5 – 10 minutes on treadmill (Brisk Walk, with incline)

Barbell Squat – Warm Up Sets
1×15@ body weight (no added weight)
1×15@30lbs
1×15@40lbs

Now that your legs are warm, let’s get it!

Barbell Squats
3×15@75lbs

RDL (Romanian Dead Lifts)
3×15@65lbs

Hip thrust
3×15@85lbs

Leg curls
3×15@40lbs

Leg ext
3×15@40lbs

Calf raises
3×20@90lbs

Abs
3×20
