So apparently I DON’T have to live w pain for the rest of my life!?!?! If you know me you know I’m kinda hardcore about working out 😁😆 to the point of injury…..after injury the worst being a labral tear 7 yrs ago that still freakin hurts every single day!
The challenge “operation pain free shoulder for Tara” has been made w @klabb.studios / @life_athlete86 and @montubull
Step 1 – train w @life_athlete86 targeting /activating specific muscles (the ones I haven’t been using 🤦🏼♀️) that will actually support my shoulder
Step 2 – cold plunge – infrared circuit
Step 3 – the most insanely amazing athletic massage, osteo and cupping w @montubull (who is honestly not of this earth he’s SO good).
The collaboration between the two is the freakin GAME CHANGER! (Also I’m glad w didn’t place bets on this here challenge cause I think they’re gonna win 😳)
