Also, folks it’s only Day 27ish since SAG was forced to join the picket lines, and if you remember even one theater kid from your high school you know we ain’t the type to tire easily. We took “being annoying” to a professional level and have built careers around it.
We are resilient. I had to pay for a class in college called “Movement to Music” where we rolled and wobbled around in a dance studio for 2 hours (but could NOT dance. Or speak!) For 3 semesters we did this. I’ve done MEISNER. That’s where you stand nose to nose and repeat the same word back and forth for 30 minutes. It’s hell! So, for one, fuck meisner, but two: we have all endured way more tedious shit than this. We ARE more tedious than this.
