It was FASCINATING how few rituals there are in our culture to mark what is, for the most part, a pretty positive step forward in the lives of people who have ended a marriage. So I threw a little party with my nearest and dearest and it was hilarious and fun, cathartic and a great opportunity to acknowledge that there are some key support humans who help a sister out when things are going to hell in her private life. Are you one of those key support people?
