Caption : Life update: I’m pregnant! I know I’ve been MIA for awhile and the truth is I had a brutal first trimester that didn’t stop once I got into my second. I was extremely sick and every day was a fight. The last thing on my mind was making my videos… but I also physically couldn’t make them. All energy I had I needed for my work and jobs. I’m now having more good days so I’ll be making more videos I promise! Though on my bad days when I can’t film I’ll probably re-post older videos. So thank you for your patience. If you don’t want to hear anymore about my pregnancy you can skip this next part. • On top of being physically ill I was also not mentally prepared for my pregnancy symptoms which added so many more layers to it all. I’m sharing this because I want other pregnant people to know it is NORMAL if you get really sick or depressed and most people don’t have the easy-breezy pregnancy that some are blessed with. And it is ok to talk about it! I feel like there’s a stigma that we can’t express our suffering because we come off ungrateful and like we’re complaining. That’s dumb. I am still so incredibly grateful while feeling like total shit and I wish more pregnant people were honest with me. We are not alone in our experiences though most of the time it feels that way. I am making it a point to be honest with anyone who asks me “how are you feeling?”. Pregnancy has totally kicked my ass but I am still overjoyed and so freaking excited to have this baby! I have to give a shout-out to my family and friends for being so incredibly supportive and understanding. The last thing a pregnant person needs to see is someone rolling their eyes at what they’re experiencing. Lastly! If you see a pregnant person (even if you’re not sure they’re pregnant err on the side that they are) please offer them your seat, open the door for them, let them go ahead of you in line, carry their groceries, get them water. It is very hard for me to ask for help but oh my god do I need it. If someone offers, that already helps me so much by not making me ask. If you’re still reading this, thank you. Caption : Dear Adam, I’m sure you don’t remember me. I was 12 and only had one day of shooting on Punch-Drunk Love but the experience and memory has stayed with me strongly and it’s because of you. The scene was relatively simple and fast, albeit emotional. There was not 10 minutes that went by without you coming up to me asking “have I hugged you yet today?”. I would laugh and say “yes!” but you would fain disbelief and bear hug me. In an instant my nerves were gone and all that was left was joy. Just joy. You were wonderful to me and wanted so much to make me feel comfortable and safe. Which you did. I remember Paul taking us to a room away from the (intimidating to a 12 year old) crew to work on the scene just the 3 of us. I had no lines, I was just supposed to sit in a restaurant booth next to you and Emily and cry. I would be crying in the take and a second after “Cut” you’d be hugging me and making me laugh. I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of some cool projects and work with some amazing actors. But you set the bar. My scene was cut and it was only one day, but it is still one of the most influential moments of my acting life. I don’t remember all we talked about, I don’t even remember what I was supposed to be crying about in the scene, but I remember how you made me feel. I know to you it was just another day of a long shoot of many long shoots over an incredible career. But to me, it was everything. You went out of your way to be kind to me and I want you to know it meant something. People will always remember how you make them feel and I will never forget. I doubt you will see this but I want others to know what an incredible person you are @adamsandler I wish the photo I have of us was not blurry. But I don’t need the photo. The warmth and graciousness you gifted me is far superior a memory. I saw a screening of Hustle last night and seeing you after for the Q&A brought back all of my memories of that day. Listening to how you set the tone on set, well, you haven’t changed. I absolutely loved the movie and you were STUNNING. You are incredibly talented but to me your kindness is what I’ll always think of first. Thank you.Likes : 11954

Caption : OK, not my usual content but too insane to not share. This was seriously the scariest walk I’ve ever been on. No this is not a skit. #wtf EDIT: I’m giving up on trying to post part 2, it’s still flagging the video. Here’s what happened: This was on my morning walk with my dogs just a few minutes from my home in LA (not the woods). Some asshole set up a bunch of rocks underneath a piece of fabric with red paint so it looked like an unalive body. It was Halloween time so I’m guessing they were just trying to prank people. It was very realistic. A few days later on my walk, even though I had thrown the fabric off the rocks so others wouldn’t be fooled like I was, someone had come back and set it up again. Regardless of it being a prank, I am still very glad I had my dogs with me.Likes : 8250
