Richa Shukla Moorjani Instagram - 2025 was many things but most of all it was the year I beat endometriosis ✌🏽

For years, endometriosis quietly shaped my life in ways no one could see. This year, I chose to stop feeling like a prisoner in my body and to pursue excision surgery, which is currently (and absurdly) the only way to officially diagnose and treat the disease (although there is no permanent cure). I’m grateful beyond words to have had the most incredible team of healers, doctors and advocates from the holistic world to western medicine. It’s not a linear journey and it might unfortunately not even be the end of it for me, but if it offers any hope- I got pregnant 2 months after my surgery.

I’m also aware that I’m extremely privileged and lucky to have had access to the proper care and treatments that are frankly unattainable, unaffordable and completely unknown to most women dealing with this full-body illness that affects 1 in 10 of any person born with a uterus.

If you’re living in pain and being told it’s normal- it’s NOT. I wish I could reach out and hug every one of you who shares this experience of being gaslit by the medical community and society, while dealing with debilitating pain, infertility or inexplicable other symptoms that affect pretty much every system of the body.

A book that was written by my own surgeon’s practice founder (Dr. Iris Kerin Orbuch) “Beating Endo” was immensely helpful to me in learning how to manage endo while deciding whether or not surgery was right for me. I highly recommend starting there.

Wishing every one of you out there a 2026 filled with joy, laughter, peace, and—most importantly, good health and the feeling of being at HOME in your body ❤️

My team of angels/healers that I owe everything to:
@beeyawellness
@drroxannepero
@theconsciousgut
@iriswings
@rayanelkattah
And - My husband, my friends and family who held my hand through it all.

@rayanelkattah
And - My husband, my friends and family who held my hand through it all.

Richa Shukla Moorjani Instagram - 2023 was mostly the first pic but I don’t take any of the moments of joy and health for granted 🖤

May we all never forget what we got through and/or stood by and witnessed in 2023, May we stand taller and make our voices louder and let 2024 be the year where all beings everywhere are free from violence and oppression 🙏🏽

Richa Shukla Moorjani Instagram - Because I like to keep it real- my first time attending a major awards ceremony and carpet was both humbling and eye opening. I’m beyond grateful to have been there, especially with my extraordinary cast mates and the brilliant minds behind @fargo who truly deserve every accolade - yet all I could think about was the fact that I barely saw a single person in that room who looked like me, and I felt utterly isolated. It was a big reminder (in case I needed another one) that there’s still so much work to do to amplify our presence in these spaces, and we’ve just barely scratched the surface for South Asian representation. It’s a collective effort, and I’m indebted to those who have paved the way and who continue to fight for our beautiful and supremely talented brown sisters and brothers to be seen and rightfully celebrated.

Richa Shukla Moorjani - 213.5K Likes - 2025 was many things but most of all it was the year I beat endometriosis ✌🏽

@beeyawellness
@drroxannepero
@theconsciousgut
@iriswings
@rayanelkattah
And - My husband, my friends and family who held my hand through it all.

Wishing every one of you out there a 2026 filled with joy, laughter, peace, and—most importantly, good health and the feeling of being at HOME in your body ❤️

Caption : 2025 was many things but most of all it was the year I beat endometriosis ✌🏽 For years, endometriosis quietly shaped my life in ways no one could see. A book that was written by my own surgeon’s practice founder (Dr. Iris Kerin Orbuch) “Beating Endo” was immensely helpful to me in learning how to manage endo while deciding whether or not surgery was right for me. I highly recommend starting there. Wishing every one of you out there a 2026 filled with joy, laughter, peace, and—most importantly, good health and the feeling of being at HOME in your body ❤️ My team of angels/healers that I owe everything to: @beeyawellness @drroxannepero @theconsciousgut @iriswings @rayanelkattah And – My husband, my friends and family who held my hand through it all.

Richa Shukla Moorjani - 213.5K Likes - 2025 was many things but most of all it was the year I beat endometriosis ✌🏽

May we all never forget what we got through and/or stood by and witnessed in 2023, May we stand taller and make our voices louder and let 2024 be the year where all beings everywhere are free from violence and oppression 🙏🏽

Richa Shukla Moorjani - 98.5K Likes - Because I like to keep it real- my first time attending a major awards ceremony and carpet was both humbling and eye opening.

Caption : INSTAGRAM HAS BEEN DELETING MY POSTS, DISABLING COMMENTS AND LIMITING MY POST/STORY ENGAGEMENT WHILE INNOCENT CHILDREN, WOMEN, MEN AND NON-HUMAN ANIMALS ARE BEING SLAUGHTERED AND WE ARE ALL EXPECTED TO JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP AND WATCH IT HAPPEN AND THEN WE HAVE CELEBRITIES WHO CARE FOR LITERALLY NOTHING IN THE WORLD POSTING THEIR DAILY SKINCARE ROUTINES GETTING MILLIONS OF VIEWS AND I AM ABSOLUTELY SICK. LET’S SEE HOW LONG THIS STAYS UP BEFORE BEING DELETED 🖕🏾
