Taya Rogers Instagram - My new go to snack 🤤 Equal parts crunchy, creamy, salty, & sweet this one hits ALLLLLL the spots 😍 Plus it’s super easy to make-

Grab a silicon mini muffin pan
Cut 12 dates (de-seeded) in half & press a half to each bottom
Drizzle on a spoonful of your favorite nut butter (I used my homemade super seed nut butter for extra crunch & protein)
Press a mini pretzel on top
Melt your favorite chocolate with some coconut oil until smooth
Top each cup with melted chocolate
Slide that bad boy into the freezer and try to wait til they’re all solid into little mounds of deliciousness

Eat them straight from the freezer & if you live somewhere hot like we do, don’t worry about leaving them out- they’ll get gobbled up before you even start to worry about them melting 😂 (no but really, store these in the fridge or freezer because they melt within minutes in this Thai heat 🫠)

Taya Rogers Instagram - A lot of you asked me for my full workout so here it is- the video is a lot longer than usual but this is the full circuit, I usually do some variation of this depending on my mood 🤪

A lot of these moves focus on postpartum & fixing/ restrengthenjng my abs & pelvic floor. I’ve fixed my a separation so now I’m just working on building my strength and endurance back 💪🏽 lower weights and more reps on circuits then at least one heavy weight day a week.

But more than anything I’m listening to my body & honoring what I need & feel 🫶🏽 STAY HEALTHY HOMIELOVERFRIENDS 😘

มีคนขอมาหลายคน นี่เลยค่ะ workout circuit แบบเต็มเต็ม แต่ละวันอาจจะไม่เหมือนกันแต่ก็จะมีธาตุประมาณนี้ค่ะ 30-45 วินาที แล้วพัก 10 วินาที 💪🏽🤪 บางวันอาจจะไม่ได้ขนาดนี้อาจจะแค่ออกกำลังกายแบบเบาเบาโยคะหรือยืดตัวบางวันก็อาจจะเล่น weight หนักหนัก ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการฟังร่างกายและจิตใจของตัวเองว่าวันนี้เราพร้อมที่จะทำอะไรบ้าง ตอนนี้ยังไม่กลับมาแข็งแรงเหมือนแต่ก่อนแต่ทุกวันก็คอยบอกตัวเองว่าเราทำได้ เราทำเพื่อตัวเอง เราทำเพื่อลูก เราทำเพื่ออนาคต… อาจจะเหนื่อยตอนนี้แต่จะได้สบายทั้งชีวิต 😊 ดูแลตัวเองให้ดีดีนะคะชีวิตนี้เรามีร่างกายแค่นี้ต้องดูแลให้ดีที่สุด

Taya Rogers Instagram - I mean sure I could’ve just bought him chocolates but what kind of WAG would I be if I didn’t support his protein intake 😆

These are definitely lighter on the protein & heavier on the treat side of things (especially since I dipped them in chocolate 😘) compared to my other protein treat recipes but hey, it was for Valentine’s Day & my man does love his chocolate 🍫🫶🏽

All things considered these are super easy to make & since I gave them to him last night they’re already half gone so I’d say they’ve got his stamp of approval 😉

Double chocolate protein bites:

1 heaping scoop of protein (or a heaping 1/4 c)
1/4-1/2 cups of cocoa powder (if the protein I used was chocolate I’d use less cocoa powder but this time we had vanilla so I used more)
Honey or maple syrup to taste
1/4 cup of your preferred nut butter
A sprinkle of sea salt
2 or more tablespoons of water as needed to achieve the ideal texture to roll into bites

& you can either mix in mini chocolate chips & dip the rolled bites in chocolate OR just dip them in chocolate.

Mix everything together in a bowl, roll into 1-2 inch sized bites then dip in chocolate (I mix chocolate chips with a tablespoon of coconut oil & melt). Sprinkles or other toppings as you like 🫶🏽 ENJOY ☺️ and don’t feel bad eating them all in one day 😛💘

Taya Rogers - 3K Likes - I’m not the mother I thought I’d be.

Some days I’m not as patient, fun, empathetic, creative, or motivated as I thought I’d be. Not everything on the dinner plates are homemade, the toys aren’t all Montessori, screen time happens more often than intended, & some days I have to put myself in a time out.

There isn’t a day that’s gone by where I haven’t crawled into bed thinking of how tired I am, how many things I planned to do but didn’t get around to, how many more things I need to do tomorrow, & how I wish (oh I wish!) there were more hours in a day.

But there also hasn’t been a day where I haven’t felt entirely overwhelmed with gratitude & love for these tiny human beings and the fact that I get to be their mama. I get to hold their hands and make them giggle, I get to teach them how to scramble eggs and build a sandcastle. I get to read bedtime stories and have dance parties, I get to explain who what where when and why (some times what feels like 500 times a day 🫠🫣) and I get to be the one who they smile at every morning, who they cling to when the tears surface, & who they talk to about anything & everything (god I hope that never changes).

So I’m not the mother I thought I’d be. But this isn’t the love I thought it would be either, it’s so so much more ❤️

She’s an island girl with a love for snacks, Mila & Jaden, playing tag, chewing on just about everything, & hiding in my plants 🫣 She’s a rescue so we’re not sure what she is or how big she’ll get but she’s definitely full of love. She hasn’t met Baloo & Nala yet but I can already tell they’re going to get along great 😊

Taya Rogers - 247 Likes - Took myself on a little matcha date 🍵📝💘 to get some life planning done & realized I can count on one hand the number of solo dates I’ve been on in the past 3 years. It’s astounding considering I love going on solo dates: enjoying a cup of something good with only a notebook or book to keep me company.

But mom guilt is real & even though I know deep down these moments alone are so important for my well being it just seems easier said than done. I constantly end up deciding that I can get alone time once the kids go to bed but really that’s when I’m doing dishes, tidying up, prepping for the next day, spending time with Mika, or watching something then going to bed 🥱

I told myself I’d do better by me this year- get back into a good fitness routine, start journaling again, reclaim some much needed me time in my schedule. So far so good but it’s a struggle. In case any of you mamas out there are with my in this beautiful struggle, just wanted to let you know I see you 🫶🏽 I feel you 🙏🏽 I am you 👊🏽 And we got this.

H. Harmony- the meditative movement of releasing our inner dragons, collective meditation & sound baths
E. Empower- “You can only manifest what you think you deserve” - @roxienafousi
A. Acceptance- “Don’t confuse acceptance with approval. The first is full of heart, the other is full of judgement.” - @doctorshefali
L. Love- ho’oponopono: I first learned of this when I was a teenager and every few years it resurfaces in my life. This Hawaiian practice of reconciliation is often used as a meditation of the mantra, “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.” This is something I turn to when I experience disappointment or conflict to bring myself back to gratitude and love.

Conscious leadership on all levels- the summit reminded me that doing the inner work is essential to becoming better leaders in the world.

So grateful to @pam_phorn @cindysirinya & @woodytalk and the entire team for putting together such a wonderful event. I can’t wait to see what @dragonfly360.co has planned next 🤩 we need more events like this in the world.
