Adam Bandt Instagram – Today, we’ve learned that Victorian Labor is about to sign demolition contracts for the first three public housing towers they plan to knock down and privatise across Victoria.
Despite the fact that:
⚠️ Residents are still living in these homes
⚠️ A class action led by residents is underway
⚠️ A parliamentary inquiry is about to begin to investigate this devastating plan
This is Labor forcing residents to leave their homes in the middle of a housing crisis. Again they’ve made it clear that they are on the side of big wealthy property developers and not the community.
The Greens will stand with the community every step of the way.
