Al Iaquinta Instagram – The Massapequa Chiefs, Connecticut Thunderbirds, Wantagh, Amityville and Wyandanch Warriors are holding out on the states ban of Native American imagery and mascots in Long Island high schools. Many schools, including the Sewanhaka Indians have caved in to the states demand and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to change their jerseys courts and fields.
