Alain Robert Instagram – At the top of the Petronas twin towers in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . Highest twin buildings in the world since 1997 . An amazing victory after two failed attempts in 1997 which I get arrested on the 60th storey as there is a platform running all around the building and I got the same problem in 2007 and also arrested on the 6oth storey once again . Then in 2009 I did start the ascent at pre dawn and as I was in the complete darkness I didn’t get spot by the security and police of the building . I got a little headache to pass the 87th storey as a lot higher than the other storeys although it is rather morphological as for someone taller it is not a big issue . Then the two spheres are a bit more complicated . the first one that is overhanging quite a lot and the second one to reach the top . as once up there I had to climb down and to get back on the last platform to surrender to the cops on the 88th storey of the building located at 360m above the ground as the top is nearly 100m higher at 452m .
