Alain Robert Instagram – Not holding the structure anylonger and relying only on your balance with more than 150m above the ground and without any safety seems surreal as it is a matter of life and death but actually it’s not . I have been climbing freesolo for fifty years on rocks and on buildings and obviously I have developed my mind but also the physical aspect that is allowing me to handle such situation as safely as I can . There again do not underestimate your body and your physical and mental abilities whom are your best assets.
