Last week, I had the honor of delivering a lecture at the Yeosu International Tourism Conference in front of the governor of the Jeollanam-do Province, the President of the Korean Foundation for International Tourism, and the mayor of Yeosu.
I am delighted to learn that Yeosu has ambitious plans to enhance tourism in the region, definitively one of the most beautiful areas in South Korea. Additionally, the city of Yeosu has begun preparations for the 2026 World Island Exhibition, which will welcome delegations from numerous major islands worldwide.
I‘m really looking forward to this event, and I extend my best wishes to the organizing committee!
