Glitter and Doom premieres all over the Philippines tomorrow.
This is so important to me. Why?
Because I still feel shame when I look at the movie poster.
And there’s so many others that wont even see it in Cinemas for the same reason.
As a community its so important that we support these kinds of films and so we worked out buts off to get it across the Philippines just in time for Pride month!
I pray the day will come when we can tell stories about more than celebrating queer love and the trauma of being queer. But for now, I hope @glitteranddoommusicalph gives you all the loving feels and shows you the vibrantly beautiful world and colorful imagination of everyone that made this film happen.
This movie was a gift from the writer of this film to the director of this film and they’ve been together for 20 years.
