Chad Michael Murray Instagram – Although Chad Michael Murray hung up his Ravens jersey over 10 years ago, he’s still managed to keep hold of that muscle-packed, basketball player physique we gawked over during his #OneTreeHill days.
“It’s always about being at your best,” he says. “Over the years I’ve learned how to stay mentally, physically, and spiritually centered so that I’m ready for my next project.”
Three kids and a full filming schedule (“Freaky Friday 2,” anyone?) can make hitting the gym quite difficult, but the 42-year-old understands the importance of getting a good workout in—especially if his latest character is supposed to lose his shirt at some point in the script.
