You’ve heard of the door test, but have you ever heard of the flick test? Every time that I get a cannoli with my son Dante, he has to do the flick test to make sure that we are getting an authentic Italian cannoli. Whether we are in Little Italy in the Bronx or anywhere that sells delicious Italian food, he has to do it.
