I’m rarely ever motivated to do this.
As a matter of fact, some days it’s downright miserable!!!
If I waited for “motivation” I would NEVER see real tangible results. Period.
So it’s the “DISCIPLINE” that allows me to show up.
To do the work.
Even when it’s hard AS FUCK!!
Especially when it’s hard AS FUCK!!
That doesn’t just apply to the gym.
That applies to ALL areas of life!
Show up.
Do the work.
Stack the good habits.
Every day.
One day at a time.
Get the results you want and deserve!!!
