Whether it’s through acting, writing, or speaking, I’m inspired to share the power of human connection in mind, body, and spirit and how to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way for doing so.
The first part of this process is connecting to the core truth of who we are in service of our purpose and then stripping away the inauthentic parts of ourselves that don’t support this.
When you discover your core truth and connect to it, your authentic voice emerges and confidence and freedom of self expression meet you at the doorstep when knocking on the door of your dreams.

The next part is to learn the art of 3 Dimensional Communication, stage craft, subtext, intention, objective and understanding the listening you’re speaking into. These are all the insights and techniques I’ve learned from training with industry best acting teachers, voice and speaking coaches and certified life coaching programs over the past 25 years.
