Shinchu Coffee Rub:
2 tablespoons ground coffee
1 tablespoon Gochugaru (korean chili flake)
1 tablespoon Demerara sugar
2 each Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons. Kosher salt
Mix together with a spoon.
Scrape and salt steak. Let sit for 5 minutes
Coat with coffee rub
