What a weekend filled with parental, and familial pride as we celebrated @lucadiamont ‘s graduation from @dukeuniversity ‘s Sanford School of Public Policy, and join his entire class for the 2024 Commencement honors. Luca, you more than lived up to the demands of being a student athlete, and cemented lifelong friendships from the football team, and student body. We know that ALL of your experiences, physically, intellectually, and spiritually while at Duke will hold you in good sted as your journey continues into the next phase of your life. We all love you! Perfect trip to Miami to visit our eldest, @laurenbraundiamont , and his fiancee @nictaylor_ . We were excited to see their new home in person, which is BEAUTIFUL‼️☀️🌊🌴😎❤️ And don’t even think about hating on our @joesstonecrab bibs! We make those stain proof neck ties look good!😂

If you’re in Miami on a #workoutwednesday , or any day for that matter, I strongly suggest you take at least part of the BEAUTIFUL lifeguard tower walk along the 7.9 mile stretch of Miami Beach from South Pointe’s Lighthouse Tower to North Shore Open Space Park. You can get in a some exercise, and admire these very special towers that vary in design and color. @cindyambuehl and I loved it! 😍😎😍😎‼️☀️🌴🌊
Busy sports Saturday! @cindyambuehl , and I took an early flight to Vegas, and came back late Saturday night. First we went to the @unlvtrackandcc Meet to see @anton_ambuehl ‘s girlfriend, @jana.lakner compete in the 200, and 400. Jana is back from an ankle injury, and killing it! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Then we headed over to @allegiantstadium to watch Anton play in the @unlvfootball Spring Game. Anton had a significant shoulder injury early last year, and had to endure a lot of pain while playing through the season. He had shoulder surgery immediately following the last conference game, so we were overjoyed seeing him back on the field, and feeling great! Proud of you Tanker! ❤️ We can’t wait for the season opener in Houston! GO REBELS ‼️‼️‼️

So glad to have this photo with the greatest college football coach of all time, Nick Saban! 6 National Championships, and 11 SEC Championships! Coach Sabin announced his retirement yesterday.. In 2018 @alabamafbl was one of @lucadiamont ‘s first offers when he was a high school quarterback. After Luca got the offer, he, Alexander @rednaz_tnomaid , and I flew to Tuscaloosa to meet with Coach Saban. The photo was taken in his office. A very proud dad moment! Best of luck to Coach Sabin and his family in this next chapter.
