Inspired by the iconic moment from Hellraiser Ill: Hell On Earth, created by Makeup Effects artist Paul Jones @pauljonesfx for Image Animation. Pinhead scornfully removed two worm-adorned pins from his head and drove them through the palms of his hands in a parody of Christ’s crucifixion, then taking Jesus’ own words for himself and blasphemously declared “I am the Way”.
This statue was conceived by Doug’s wife, Steph Sciullo @stephsciullo , the hand itself was cast from @officialdougbradley hand by Steph (in their kitchen!). The base and Pinhead’s ‘finger-stalls’ were designed and sculpted by makeup effects artist Kyle Roberts.
It is casted in a durable Urethane resin, and is 11” tall, 9” deep, 8” wide.
Each piece is hand-finished by Kyle and individually autographed by Doug, making each one a unique item.
