Helloooo Wild World! I will be hosting another virtual cooking class coming up March 19th, 6pm MST. On the menu: GNOCCHI We will go through how to build, shape and cook this beloved potato dumpling. On Saturday we hosted our first home grown experience with @chefeduardogarcia Our Ranch Ride Open Fire Dinner was a labor of love, and was only pulled off with countless hours of planning & work and huge support from some of our favorite partners & all the best people. BIG THANKS to our friends at @mysteryranch for providing Forager Packs for our guests’ trail snacks, and to @wildproductionsusa for providing some much needed additional shade. To the fine folks & horses at @thiswidesky for cohosting. And, of course, to the intrepid adventures who joined us as guests in what we hope is the first of many experiences like these. Mom taught us to understand and utilize vocabulary. Boredom as a word has yet to find functional status or circulation in my life. I am deeply grateful for that. Reflection brings reminders to the surface and stimulates nexts steps. While scanning through the last week of living I found a tickle of joy and grin of satisfaction in the diversity of these last 7 days. In my experience, curiously is kryptonite to boredom folks.
