Emmanuel Acho Instagram – There is arguably no more meaningful award in all of entertainment than the Peabody Awards. The Peabody Awards honor excellence in storytelling that reflect social issues in our world today.
It was an honor to highlight other uncomfortable stories from riveting and captivating voices like @kahlil.greene and @thearielviera. Congrats to their entire team for taking home a well-deserved award for Excellence in Storytelling in Interactive & Immersive Media. Their docuseries “The Hidden History of Racism in NYC” is a shining example of how rampant disinformation dismisses how race continues to shape our lives and how we can ultimately use social media for education to change the course of history.
