Eric Christian Olsen Instagram – One of my favorite things about Switzerland is that depending on the region you have beautiful immersion in that overlapping culture. The @edenroc_ascona is the perfect execution of that. Italian architecture and food, (including my favorite pasta dish in my 47 years from my new bestie Christian) with Swiss efficiency, engineering, sustainability and hospitality. A perfect blend of fast and slow. Bocce ball as the sun goes down. Harvesting fresh honey as the sun comes up.
