30 years ago Fredro Starr filmed his debut film Strapped. Directed by Forest Whitaker ( @forestwhitaker ) shot in NYC. A young boy would make a cameo appearance in the film, as they filmed in his neighborhood, Thomas Jefferson Houses. Unbeknownst to Fredro, that boy would grow to be UFO Fev.
