This is little Grant . A sweet kid that had very little confidence, lacked self worth, had abusive self-talk, didn’t think he had anything to offer & didn’t think he was capable of becoming much. Today, big Grant is very proud of little Grant. For not giving up, or giving in to that chronic self-doubt and crippling lack of belief in himself. Good boy. It’s hard to achieve good things when you don’t love yourself. I thought self-love was a bad, selfish, yucky indulgent thing. I now know you can’t truely love anyone or anything without loving yourself first . So be kind to little you. You were doing the best with what you had at the time. Love is the answer. The possibilities are endless. Be kind to yourself ❤️
