Jim Lee Instagram – Coming October 2nd from our DC Horror line is the CREATURE COMMANDOES!It’s a heart wrenching tale of duty and betrayal filled with heart, tears, laughs and of course—MONSTERS—as brought to life (or unlife depending on the character) in a way only the multi-talented writer @dastmalchian and dynamo artist Jesus Hervas can do! While this series is not tied to the upcoming animated series from DC Studios, they both remain brilliant stand alone adaptations of the same source material dating back to the Creature Commandoes’ first appearance in 1980! And that’s the beauty of DC Comics—we allow for projects built on preexisting canon and continuity but also give creators the opportunity to tell stand alone stories with a clear beginning, middle and end which form an important part of our evergreen library catalogue.
