Today I worked on recruiting more power. He said I was too dependent on my upper body strength, so he exhausted my upper body with the bungees, so that I only used my legs and core. That’s where the real power comes from. I already have power and speed, so if I put the muscle and proper technique together, the result will be devastating. 💥
