Maksim Chmerkovskiy Instagram – I’m officially sore and exhausted.
Sore – I love. Like a lot! To me it means the I’m still in charge of myself, my body and my physical state. It means that I don’t let me get in the way of me. And it means that I keep growing healthy muscle tissues, maintain my cardiovascular system as well as neurological connections. It means I worked my ass off last two weeks and I continue being consistent.
Exhausted – I really don’t like! Definitely continue being at awe of everything @petamurgatroyd is doing because I don’t know how it is possible to survive on naps, while having someone grow on the inside, while having some OTHER one at only 9 months, while having ANOTHER OTHER one at 7 years old asking when he can get his drivers’s license!
I will no doubt look back at this period of our life and ask “How did we actually do it?”
