Between the weird weather, limited daylight, and slower energy, it can be a strange time. It’s in these moments (and all year round, really) that we should check in on one another. We should all learn how to spot the warning signs for suicide so we can help our friends, family, and ourselves if it’s ever necessary. Research shows no one takes their life for a single reason. They might show signs of suicidal ideation through talk, behavior, and/or mood.
