Day 3 at @centaragrandmaldives We went for the cocktail mixology class and learned how to mix cocktail/mocktail at the Coral Bar. 🍸 It was a fun and interactive experience for us as we learned the art of creating delicious and innovative cocktails/mocktails. Led by an experienced mixologist bartender, the class takes place in a beautiful setting overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Maldives. During the class, we were taught how to properly mix and shake a variety of cocktails, using fresh ingredients and high-quality spirits. We have the opportunity to learn about different types of glassware, garnishes, and techniques, as well as the history and origins of the cocktails. After the class, we relaxed and enjoyed our freshly made cocktails/mocktails at the bar. We truly enjoyed the session. June Holiday Trip cum 25th Anniversary Trip 2024 It’s Club Med Time!!! We went back to Male Airport and transfer by speedboat to Club Med Kani. It was about half an hour journey. Stepping off the speed boat, we were greeted with the warm sea breeze and the sound of lapping waves. The resort manager welcomed us and escorted us to our spacious overwater bungalow, which was elegantly decorated with local Maldivian touches and offered breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean. We couldn’t wait to dive into the inviting waters below and explore the vibrant marine life. June Holiday Trip cum 25th Anniversary Trip Day 2 – Transfer from Male to @centaragrandmaldives We took the 8.30am’s seaplane and arrived around 9am. The Seaplane transfer was a truly exciting experience for the children. It’s a very small and noisy plane. There were a total of 15 pax on board. Roundtrip Seaplane Transfer Rates USD $338 per adult USD $168 per child After check-in, we were brought to our room by buggy. Our room is the Club Sunset Overwater Pool Villa. This villa features a 12-sqm infinity pool, a spacious sundeck and a bedroom overlooking the ocean. The price on the website is USD$413 per night. Last Day at @centaragrandmaldives Lunch at Suan Bua Thai restaurant. The food was super good especially the Fried Pad Thai. We had 2 servings of it. Yum!!!😋 Dinner by the beach side at Reef Restaurant. We were captivated by the magical beachside setting. The food was creative and good too. It was such a special experience, dining under the stars with the sound of the waves, making memories that will last a lifetime. One of the popular activities at @centaragrandmaldives is the nightly “Fish Feeding”. Large nurse sharks and sting-ray come right up to the Coral bar at 6pm daily. Its amazing how clever they are as they would all come at the exact same time each night. The staff throwing fish into the sea off the decking at the pool bar attracting nurse sharks and sting rays . It was incredible to see such large fish right at your feet.
