A fond memory indeed 🙂 Ten days prior, I broke my rib at the X Games and thought I was toast. Luckily, I had an amazing team that got me moving quickly. I opted out from the first day of practice and watched from the sidelines. We came up with a plan to do some freezing. For the next four days, we did 12 needles before every session. I could barely feel my torso, which was a good thing in my case;) Thankfully, I was able to compete and bring home Canada’s first medal of the games❤️🇨🇦 | Posted on 29/Feb/2024 23:46:22
